The AA has given us for the second year in a row a reward for ‘notable wine list’, which we are very pleased with. This award recognizes wine understanding and appreciation. Nominees are judged on the quality of their wine list and their ability to inspire customers to make wider and more adventurous choices in selecting wines.
Another thing that came in the post was the AA Rosette Award for 2017, which recognises Culinary Excellence. Simon has managed to keep his 2 AA Rosettes for the last 5 years that he has been running The Pheasant!

Which took place on Monday 1st September starting with a full breakfast at the Pheasant, then a 18 hole golf tournament and concluding with dinner at the Pheasant. It was a very successful day with about 20 people attending and playing their socks off for charity  There was much fun to be had and in I am pleased to announce that we raised £1,040.00 for the Cransley hospice Kettering.

The Pheasant is a perfect choice as a wedding venue. We have hosted many wedding celebrations for smaller parties of 40-60 people. However we can also cater up to 150 people if we extend the pub with a marquee. Many brides and grooms have celebrated their special day with us – imagine a glass of champagne as a welcome drink served in the garden with canapés. Then a fabulous meal including coffee, starting from £30 per person. The chef is very flexible and can offer a choice of 3 starters; 3 mains; 3 desserts and we do not need a pre order! For more information see our website or call us on 01832 710241
